Passport Processor (Contract of Service)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Filipino citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service, Diplomatic and Consular Affairs, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related courses
  • Customer service experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge in computer applications

General Functions of the Position

  • Reviews and processes passport applications;
  • Evaluates and checks authenticity, completeness and
    correctness of submitted documents;
  • Conducts thorough interview of the applicant, ensuring that the information obtained establishes the true identity and Philippine citizenship of applicant;
  • Determine if applicants have discrepancies or irregularities and elevates these to the Officers-in-Charge for appropriate action or resolution;
  • Processes passport applications at an average rate of 6-8 minutes per application;
  • Follows guidelines on passport requirements and adapts to various passport application scenarios and cases.
  • Attends to consular inquiries from the public; and
  • Performs other tasks as instructed by the management/supervisors

Note: While the TOPS requires personnel to physically report in their designated sites, COS personnel hired under this project may be rotated and requested to perform other functions, such as answering consular inquiries or assisting the nearest Consular Office. In case no service is rendered, it is understood that personnel will not be paid during said date/s.

  • Copy of diploma
  • Copy of valid NBI clearance or proof of application

Incomplete submission will not be accepted.

Certificate/s of Good Moral Character from current/previous employer or school, whichever is applicable, may be required by HRMO during the selection process.
